After weeks of hard work and dedication, the 2010 PANI student workshops have come to a close. The judging has taken place and all that remains is the announcement of this year's winners.
So why not join us on Tuesday 15th June, at the Main foyer/gallery area of York Street, University of Ulster, from 6pm to find out who will walk away with this year’s coveted title?
You'll also get a chance to view all of the hard work and dedication put in by the teams and we'll even give you a wee glass of vino to sip while you take it all in.

MEDIA 2010: BIG CHANGES, BIG OPPORTUNITIES
This is not just any recession - as the Marks and Spencer advert would say. This is a recession which challenges the whole structure of the media industry and the whole way we fund it. It questions the segmentations we all grew up with - between print and TV, between advertising and editorial, between online and newspapers.
Alex Connock co-founded multiplatform factual media company Ten Alps (www.tenalps.com) in 1999 with Bob Geldof, and has attempted ever since to put it in the spaces where the new world offers the biggest opportunities, building it up to an £80m revenue and growing profits every year for a decade. Ten Alps owns, amongst other companies, the Belfast production company Below the Radar (www.belowtheradar.tv)
Alex will give an insight into the commercial opportunities in Digital Britain - from advertising funded online channels, to publicly-funded local online TV news, to reputation enhancement by online syndication of content.
