Nicola Sherry
I am currently in my final year studying Design for Visual Communication at the University of Ulster, Belfast. My time at University has incorporated three years of study and a year long industrial placement, which I spent at AV Browne, Belfast. Here I gained invaluable experience working as a junior designer in the print design department. I developed a keen interest in design for print and brand development, working on prestigious local accounts such as Belfast Zoo.
My current aim is to obtain a good degree, and on leaving university I hope to continue into a similar field of professional practice.

Having just completed a year's placement with AV Browne, specialising in design for print, I have recently returned to complete my final year of university where I am studying Design for Visual Communication. Having worked with a fantastic bunch of people, placement has helped immensely and now having had a taste for it, on leaving university I look forward to continuing on to hopefully do something similar.
